Work experience should help young people explore real careers, build confidence and understand what different workplaces are like in practice.
We look for hosts who can:
- Offer purposeful experiences with strong supervision
- Match placements to a young person’s interests and strengths
- Support flexible schedules and wellbeing needs
- Collaborate on Workplace Risk Assessments before placements start
Before any placement is arranged, PAAN completes or arranges a Workplace Risk Assessment and works with hosts to ensure the placement is safe, supported and suitable.
Host a young person
